I had the most appalling experience today at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. 1 hour and 15 mins to get out of the B2 car park only to find frustrated shoppers trying to do the traffic management to help ease the congestion. I can't help but think what would happen in a genuine emergency. This car park has terrible design and is not managed by anyone from the shopping centre to stop entry into it to allow the congestion to ease. I won't be coming back. The most frustrating experience I have had anywhere in the world. Wishing for the old Karrinyup shops where it was all so simple to get in and out. The centre management has a huge issue here which requires urgent attention. I tried to call but no reception in the car park. Then, I waited only to find that the centre management does not answer the phone. It's downright dangerous not to mention frustrating.

We often go to various shops and particularly Tom’s Italian.Our major problem is parking on weekends eg today Sunday upstairs car park full yet very few ppl in shopping centre and not that many in restaurant. No doubt ppl dripping wet from beach use this but obviously hard to ‘police’. Just sayin’
